We use Caputo 00 Flour in all of our pastas.
For gluten free, we use Caputo Gluten Free flour.

Uova means egg
Farina means flour.
Egg + flour = pasta!
For optimum freshness, freeze it up to 30 days. To enjoy right away, store in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
Noodle Pasta: About 2-3 minutes. Stir after 30 seconds to ensure they do not stick together.
Stuffed Pasta: About 3 minutes.
Gnocchi: We recommend cooking from frozen. Carefully add just enough gnocchi to layer the bottom of the pot, not to overlap. Without stirring, wait for the gnocchi to rise to the top by themselves (about 2 minutes). Cook for an additional minute.
